Weir, Chester J. age 79, Veteran Korean War, beloved son of the late Martin and Pauline, dear brother of the late Edward (Josephine) and the late Agnes (the late John) Sudzus, fond uncle of MaryAnn (Michael) Gallagher and John (Patricia) Sudzus, great-uncle of many. Resting at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie Avenue where services will be held Thursday, 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. 773-779-4411

My dear friend, you have been like a father to me. I will miss all your help with my garden. I will miss you waiting for me in the yard after a long hard day at work. I will miss our breakfasts together. Eevee & Roxy will miss your treats and playing with you in the yard. I will miss all your fatherly advise. I will think of you when your tulips are in bloom. I will sit in our chairs and think of all the fond memeories I have been able to share with you over the years.
Tony, Rachel & Kaidence have been very fortunate to have you in thier lives as you have watched over them as they were growing up.
Chester, I love you with all my heart.
