Jan, I am sorry for the loss of your great partner and friend of many years. Chester will never be forgotten in so many hearts at City Hall. He was a "one of a kind, down to earth" kind of guy who made people smile, and I know that a new star lights up the sky. God Bless You and help you through this difficult time.
