Charlotte Hermann, nee Jaeger, age 85, of Lombard. Beloved wife of the late William E. Hermann; loving mother of William (Sheana) Hermann and Greg (Lisa) Hermann; devoted grandmother of Liam, Kallin and Adler Hermann, and Patrick (Carly) Mueller, and Molly Mueller; fond sister of Joan (the late Patrick) Brennan, and Wesley Jaeger; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday, 12 PM until time of service at 3 PM at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd. (3 Blks S. of Roosevelt), Lombard. Funeral service Monday, 11 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 16060 E. Lindenwood Rd., Lindenwood, IL 61049. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to Michael J. Dear Family.
I am so sorry to hear of Charlotte´s death. I had visited her before Covid with every intention of seeing her again. We were in isolation so long that I never got back, but checked on her through Pastor Rogers. I knew Char through my boyfriend Gene Rasey and his mother. I knew Aunt May very well, too. Lot´s of memories. Bless all of you and may God be with you. Your mother was such a sweet woman. She suffered so long and now she is a peace.

Billy & Greg:
I so fondly remember your gentle and soft spoken mom in all the years we lived next door. My sincere condolences to you and your family. Coincidently, my brother Jeff and I just came back from Florida where our dad died at age 94 last week. Our mom died at 95 a year ago so I can relate what a strange feeling it is to be parentless now. Fortunately we share a pretty idyllic childhood on Hawthorne. Best wishes Rhody (Marx) Michaelynn
