CHARLES PETIGROW Obituary

When I look back at my childhood, I think of two things: Nickelodeon and Dr. Petigrow. I went to him for nearly twenty years and he was the best doctor I've ever had. I will never forget the waiting room with the child-sized chairs and table or chalk board or his office with the tree of dum dum lollypops. Wow. Words really can't express how greatly I thought of Dr. Petigrow. I'm still in shock.

Dr.Petigrow......its me, Anthony. You were the best doctor let alone a great friend. I will miss you immensely. I am now off to college and I needed some records. I tried to call, but to my dismay your number was disconnected. I looked you up to see if there was a number change, and this was what i came up with. Remember friend, Ill be up there one day to get checkups

i cant express enough sorrow..dr. petigrow was amazing for 13 years with my children..my children absolutely adored him.. his patience was one of a kind from the beginning of the visit to the end.. we will save the special collection of wind up toys in his memory..god bless dr.petigrow and his family heaven is now fully blessed with a wonderful man..kelly iller and family

So sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Petigrow. He was my pediatrician and also my daughters. He was an amazing and one of a kind doctor. He made doctors visits, quick and easy with a prize of a lollipop or two. My kids always thought of him when they found a new wind up toy he didn't already have. He will be missed and never replaced as a pediatrician.

Dr. Petigrow was an amazing doctor. Not only did he treat myself and my siblings, but he provided superior care to my six children as well. He truly was one in a million. There will never be another pediatrician as wonderful as he. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dr. Petigrow was my pediatrician as well as my three children's. My children always enjoyed the wind up toys on his desk and lollipops. It always brought a smile on their faces epecially after a shot. He was a wonderful and compassionate doctor. Dr. Petrigrow was my son and daughter's pediatrician since 2000 when we moved onto the Circle. He had such a great sense of humor especially when my daughter would tell HIM what was wrong with HER. There was always a light moment in each visit to his office. So sorry for your loss.

My family is so sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Petigrow. He was our pediatrician and he will be dearly missed. We will always remember him with the fondest of thoughts. Our hearts and prayers go out to your family.

Dr. Petigrow was a fine man and physician. He is indelibly ingrained in my childhood memories. Dr. Petigrow treated my two sisters and I. Until his recent retirement, he treated my own four children as well my nephews. I find myself measuring all doctors based on the precedent he set. My deepest condolences to Dr. Petigrow's family, friends, and patients.

"My sincerest condolences to the whole family" Dr. Petigrow was an amazing doctor. For 11 yrs. he gave his undivided attention to each of my children no matter when or what the problem.....There will truly be no other doctor that will compare. Dr Petigrow was my pediatrician and my chidlren's doctor as well. He was a one of kind doctor. He was always available to answer questions and attend to my children. There will never be another doctor like him. I send my condolences to his family

Dr. Petigrow was my children's and grandchildren's peditrician for 44 years.
