I was saddened to learn that Mr. McKenzie passed away. He handled my parents's wake and funeral back in 1984 and 1992. I will never forget at my Dad's wake when Mr.McKenzie opened up the coffee room, my co worker yelled Bar's open!!. Mr. McKenzie just laughed and said it is good to laugh. Then at my Mom's service, we both thought because it was a weekday and it was snowing, we wouldn't have a lot people show up, We thought 25 to 30. We were shocked to find that 65 showed up. He looked at me and said I better call the Lilac Inn and tell them we have more. Your Mom was really well liked. May the angels lead Mr. McKenzie into paradise and may the martyrs of saint be there to welcome him into heaven. Hugs thoughts and prayers to his family, friends and all who had the pleasure of meeting him
