Lindquist, Charles W. Resident of Rosemont, caring children, Charles W. Jr., John (Denise) and Kevin (Marianne) Lindquest, Karen (David) Stout and Kristine (Chris) Porter, grandfather of 13, preceded in death by Florance Ferdinand and Vernon Lindquist. Member of the Carpenter's Union 58. Batting practice pitcher for the Cubs 1962-1964. Visitation 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Memorial service at 7 p.m. Thursday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Elk Grove Village. In lieu of flowers, donations to Rainbow Hospice Ark, 444 N. Northwest Hwy., Suite 145, Park Ridge, IL 60068. For info. 847-640-0566

Charlie, It is hard to believe you will not be here to stop over and have a few beers in the garage and talk about the Cubs. I always enjoyed all your stories. The boys are going to miss you too.They will always remember all the quarter books you gave them. Thank you. It has been great knowing you. Rest in peace. Love Tina
