Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Charlene. She was one kind hearted lady. She kept all of us TOPS members at Chapter #1540 amused on our Monday night meetings. We will sincerely miss her.. But we know shes in a better place and not suffering no more... May God bless her family and friends and everyone that knew Charlene.....

Please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of our beloved Aunt Charlene Vobroucek. I know she is in heaven having a great talk with our Heavenly Father and meeting our passed loved ones along the way. I always loved to listen to her soft voice when she told stories. She is a gentle, kind and giving soul and will be missed greatly. Wishing I could be there in person to pay my respects, unfortunate circumstances keep us away. Take care and God Bless.
