Redmond, Catherine Agnes "Kate" (nee Goldrick), born December 1, 1904, in County Sligo, Ireland, longtime resident of Southside of Chicago, died on Tuesday, September 16, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Redmond for 57 years, loving mother to Thomas M., Kathleen T. (Robert E.) Lee and the late Helen (William F.) Nolan, loving grandmother to 13, William (Colleen) Nolan, Thomas (Margaret) Nolan, James (Martha) Nolan, Colleen Lanigan, Cathleen (David) Ursetto, Michael Nolan and Brian Nolan, Patricia Webber, Thomas (Cynthia) Redmond, Michael (Linda) Redmond, Ellen Redmond, John (Cadie) Redmond and William Lee, great-grandmother to 27, Jill and William J. Nolan, Matthew, Thomas and Samantha Nolan, Sara and Anna Marie Nolan, Patricia and Catherine Lanigan, Anthony and Gina Ursetto, Charles, Matthew, Casey and Teresa Webber, Ashlie, John, Thomas, Michael, James, Eva and Peter Redmond, Carina, Amanda and Stephanie Redmond, Britley and Tyler Redmond, loving sister of the late Mary Poile, Martin Goldrick, Michael Goldrick, Attracta Goldrick, Patrick Goldrick, Anne Nilles, Margaret Quirk and Bridget (Betty) Haas, beloved aunt of many, many nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m., from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, to Queen of Martyrs Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation Friday, 2 until 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 769, Hillside, IL, 60162, would be appreciated. 708-636-1193
