As we stumbled around South Shore, there were few places that made sense. (especially in Brides ;-)) Your mom provided one. Thankfully, we are better for it.

Jim,
I am sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. It is not easy to lose a parent.
I wish you the very best to get over these difficult times.

I was sad to learn of Mrs. Lynch's passing. It occurred to me that I never knew her first name. She was always "Mrs. Lynch"--respected and admired as a sort of den mother to the legions of youth who were fortunate enough to spend hour upon hour at the house on South Shore Drive. It functioned as a sort of recreation center for the youth of the neighborhood who had befriended one of her many offspring.
Years later, on rare occasions when I drove by the house, a wave of nostalgia would pass through em as I wondered who lived there now among the ghosts of the past. I recently learned that she had never moved--she stayed there all these years!
My condolences to Jim and the entire Lynch clan.

I am sorry that I am unable to be there to honor such a great lady. I have many fond memories growing up in South Shore and the Lynch family was a big part of that experience. Mrs. Lynch was a very strong, hard working and loving mother, (and also very witty and fun-loving!) She has much to be proud of in having raised such a wonderful family. She will be missed by many. My condolences and love to all of the Lynch Family.

What fond memories we have of all the Lynch's. Your mom was such a great 2nd mother and neighbor to all of us. We loved her and she will be missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Knowing what a close knit family you are, we are sure that you will get through this diffucult time together. Keep thinking that your mother is now happily at peace with your father.

I recall Mrs. Lynch with respect and affection. The matriarch of this great family and the "stately manor," she welcomed us with her typical generosity and good humor.
I know that she rests with God. Blessings to all of the Lynch family.
