Carole Kayner Obituary

Kayner, Carole J. passed away April 22, 2004, after a long illness. According to her wishes, a private memorial service has already been held. She is survived by husband, Donald Kayner, daughter, Monica (Lewis) Kornberg and son, Rick Fried, sister, J. Cathy (Donald) Fogel, mother-in-law, Elaine G. (Stanley B.) Levi, step-daughters, Adrianne Kayner and Kathy (Larry) Lewis and nephew, Ian Lichtenberg. She will be missed by her grandchildren, Nathan Kornberg, Samantha Lewis and Aaron Lewis. She was loving, gentle and a very nice lady! Remembrances in Carole's name may be made to the Northwestern University Liver Fellowship Training Fund and/or The Jonathan Philip Reder Scholarship Fund, Northwestern University, 710 N.
