Spizzirri, Carol (nee Neurohr), age 53, beloved wife of Frank, devoted mother of Jillian Spizzirri, dearest sister of Charles Capperino, Phillip (Barbara) Capperino and Brenda (Pete) Slowinski. Funeral service Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5800 W. 63rd St., Chicago. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m. Member of the "Angel Buddies". 773-284-7201.
