Vietnam War Army Veteran, loving father of Jeremy (Rachelle Noble) Basso and Jason (Cheryl) Basso, cherished grandfather of Nicholas Basso, dear brother of Richard (Carmella) Basso, Concetta (Vito) Calace, and Phillis (Paul) Kadlec, fond uncle to many nieces and nephews, special longtime friend of Barbara Popiolek. Memorial Mass Sunday, September 26, 1:00 p.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 37th and Union Ave., Chicago. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to your preferred disabled Veteran's Organization. 708-425-0500
