De Marco, Carlo P. beloved husband of 55 years to Shirley (nee Watson), loving father of Frank, Carlo and Nancy DeMarco, dearest grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of four, dear brother of Matthew (Joy), Vincent "JIM" (Karen) and Marie (Ed) Brodnicki, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Purple Heart Veteran U.S. Army WWII, former employee of The Globe Company at 42nd Street at Princeton Ave. Carlo was also an accomplished Barber starting his career at 52nd and Halsted St. at with Charlie and Joe Baglieri, at the E J Korvette Shopping Center, at 87th & Cicero, at Rockys Barber Shop and eventually at Rockys Barber Shop, at 626 W. 47th Street in Canaryville for a total of 40 years as a barber. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m., from Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 4635 S. Wallace St. (46th Place at McInerney's Corners), to St. Gabriel Church for Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. Visitation Sunday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. 773-268-0703
