Beloved husband of Vivian Warren McFerren, dear father of Sigrid McFerren of Hawthorne, California, Apryll McFerren, of Chicago; sons, Carl D. (Yvette) and Warren B. (Libby) all of Chicago, IL. Visitation Thursday, February 19th, 2 to 7 p.m., at The Williams Chapel, 11053 S. Vincennes Ave., Friday, February 20th, Family hour 11 a.m. Service 12 noon, at Beth Eden Baptist Church, 11121 South Loomis. Interment Cedar Park Cemetery. To the McFerren Family, I feel as though I have known Mr. McFerren for quite some time now, living through Sig's stories of his fighting fires and raising kids - he is the last of a dying breed of men, just as my Texas cowboy father was. God Bless.
