I met Candie the first day I walked into Dr. Nabrinsky’s office. Even though she had recently found out her cancer had metastasized she took the time to reach out to me, to comfort me. It meant so much to me at such a scary time in my life. Her positive attitude was always encouraging. She truly was an inspiration and I am deeply saddened that she is no longer with us. I know that she will continue to watch over us in death as she did in life.

Jeff, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I'm deeply sorry for your loss.

Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am for your loss. It has been a long time since I lived in Franklin Park and a long time since I’ve seen the Bianchi’s. But when you grow up knowing a warm and loving family, the fond memories flood back at the mention of them and your heart is touched once more. It sounds like Candie touched many hearts. My prayers are with each of you during this very difficult time. May you look to God to pull you through this.
May her memory be eternal.

It is sad to hear about the passing of such a wonderful person. Words can't even begin to explain the character and strength that Candie possessed. She will be sorely missed by so many. Our deepest sympathies and prayers go out to Jeff, Amanda, and the Bianchi and Jaeger families.

The Bianchi and Jaeger Families,
I am deeply sorry for you loss. When I heard, all my childhood memories came flooding back. My sister and I would get our hair cut by Mrs. Bianchi in her basement and couldn't wait to be done so we could play with Candie. She always came up with the greatest games. Like she would put socks all over her bedroom floor and we would have to jump from one to the other without falling into the ocean of sharks and get to the boat(her bed)! Then we met again through junior high and cheerleading. She was so much fun and just great to be around. She gave me such great memories. I am so sorry; our prayers are with all of you and may God lift you up and hold you through these hard times.

Candi was a marvelous example of courage and strength. It was a pleasure to have known her. Her thoughtfulness touched our hearts, when she came to our home to drop off a little monkey for my son during his head surgery. She reached out to our family when she had many trails of her own. She will be a constant reminder for all of us to live a life thinking and caring for others.

Candie my love, I will miss you!! The doctors offie will not be the same without you. Not only did I loose a patient but a close loving friend of mine. I love you

Roy School, and who could forget all the swim meets, for the Dist 83 Swim team.

I have read her story in Complete Woman magazine and realize what a fantastic and strong woman she was. May her light continue to shine and her strength live on in her family.

I got to know Candice through my work at Brandt Pharmacy. We developed a friendship over the years and I grew to truly love her. She never complained, she always had a smile on her face, and her optimism was something we could all learn something from. She loved her family more than I could ever describe here. My heart is broken over the loss of a truly remarkable woman who fought the good fight and gave it her all with dignity and courage beyond compare. My thoughts and prayers are with you Jeff and Amanda and the entire family as I can not comprehend the loss you are feeling at this time. Candice was an inspiration to me and many others and she will live on through the lessons that she taught all of us. Heaven is even a happier place now that Candice the angel resides there.

I met Candie through Amanda when she played soccer for me. Even though there were Saturdays when she didn't feel her best, Candie came to cheer Amanda on. Having a sister who also fought cancer, I know how hard it is to sometimes even get out of bed. Candie was one of the strongest fighters I have ever met, and she gives others strength when you think there is none left.
