We have so many great memories involving Jack and Hazel. Jack had an extremely important role in my decision to go to dental school and for that I am always grateful. We all will miss his big grin and laugh, as well as his delight in reciting a great poem! Our entire family sends our deepest sympathy for the loss that we will all feel and especially to Hazel and all of the family.

Our sincere condolences to Jack's family, whom we have not met.
Jack and I sat side by side in Miss Reid's first grade class in Tifton, in 1937-38, and remained in the same classes through elementary and part of middle school, when he moved to California. He was a good friend. We re-met at high school class reunions in recent years, but I will never forget those early days in our lives! My wife, Clarice (Cox) is a fellow Tiftonian and early friend of Jack, and joins me in extending our sympathy.
