I'm deeply saddened by the passing of my good friend, Burt. My thoughts are with you at this time. I will remember him always as a very caring and giving human being.

With the saddest regrets to see the
death notice of a very fine person.
Burt was a good guy and all-around mensch. Sorry that we did not see
him the last few years, however, the years we did know him to be with, to talk with, he was a true
and enjoyable friend. Laughs and
stories a-plenty. He will be missed
by many of the people who knew him.

I was a lifelong friend as well as fellow student as Burtons at the University Of Illinois. He was a very fine man.
