Brendan Kilbride Obituary

Kilbride, Brendan age 79, died on Tuesday, January 31, 2006, at Villa Scalabrini Nursing Center in Northlake, IL. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Nellie (Kearns) Kilbride of Oak Park, IL. Brendan was a resident of Oak Park for his entire life. He worked at The Peanut Company, in Chicago, IL until his retirement. He was an usher at St. Catherine/St. Lucy Church, in Oak Park. He was repeatedly recognized as an Outstanding volunteer for the Oak Park Township. He also received the Cook County Sheriff's Senior Medal of Honor Award in recognition for his Spirit of Volunteerism. Brendan is survived by cousins, Carolyn A. Kilbride of River Forest, IL, Terence K. Kilbride of Berkley, MI, Robert Kilbride of St. Petersburg, FL and John Stack of Newbridge, Ireland. Visitation Friday, 10 a.m., at St. Catherine/St. Lucy Church, 38 N. Austin, Oak Park, IL. Mass 11 a.m. Interment in Newbridge, Ireland. Arrangements by: Peterson Funeral Home, 6938 W.
