Dear Schmit Family:
You are in our prayers and we send our love and sympathy. We were your next door neighbors on Blackhawk Drive in Elgin. Our parents remained friends even though we moved several times before landing back in Illinois. Our mother's kept in touch over the years (Nancy Gilgrist). We enjoyed the wonderful stories and humor your mother shared. Please know that while we haven't been in touch, we feel your deep loss. May God bless you all and your children.
