Your dad was my three children's pediatrician and sometimes your Mom came into to help in the office. She was a lovely person and I will remember them both fondly. I am sorry for your loss but may memories of happy times bring you comfort.

We noticed this obit in the paper and did not know Betty your mom but Dr. Kushino was our childrens Dr. in 1957 and we had twins in 1959. Our first born was a premie and Dr. Kushino had him caught up in weight and then some. He took our son into another examining room and showed a very worried mom how fast their baby will gain weight. He was a wonderful man and Dr. and I am sure you will miss your mom as much as you must miss your dad. With our sincere expression of sorrow.
