Dear Pam,
I was very sorry to hear about your mom. I know that the last few years have been difficult for both you and mom. I will always remember your mom(and we must go back at least 20 years) as someone who always looked like she was going to a modeling session. She really cared about how she looked and cared about her health. I enjoyed working with her in the office all of those years and would like to think that we had a mutual respect for each other. I am sorry for your loss.
Sincerely, Dr. Joe
