Garbarini, Bertha L., 97, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, formerly of Hoboken, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. Beloved daughter of the late Martin & Bertha (nee Brenneisen) Garbarini. Loving cousin of Dorothy Bishop. Dear friend of Agnes Suter & family. Miss Garbarini was born in Hoboken, New Jersey on July 5, 1925. She was a graduate of Hoboken Public Schools, Douglass College and Bellevue-NYU School of Nursing. She worked in various hospitals from 1947-1963 and the medical department of Chase Manhattan Bank from 1963-1987. She was a parishioner and eucharistic minister at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Funeral Friday 10:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 11AM Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
