Kubistal, Bernice Mildred (nee Lenz), beloved wife of the late Edward, loving mother of Dr. Patricia B. Kubistal and Carol Ann (Robert) Aiken, dearest grandmother of Candace (Stan) Eitutis and great-grandmother of Amber and the late Michael, dear sister of Evelyn (the late Clarence) Rasmussen, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Member and officer of LCBA Br. #1224, St. Matthias Altar and Rosary Society, Alvernia Mothers Club, Parent Association of Loyola, School Community Representative for Chappell School Council 90-98, Girl Scout Leader, USO volunteer, Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women, in addition she received numerous awards from various charitable organizations including: Red Cross, March of Dimes and the United Way. Funeral 9:30 a.m., Saturday, from Pfaff-Garner Funeral Home, 5001 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago, for a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Matthias Church. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
