Kolodziejczyk, Bernice age 82, of Wilmette, beloved wife of the late Dr. Joseph Kolodziejczyk, loving mother of Marilyn Kolodziejczyk (Mark Cohen) and Kathleen Kolodzieczyk (Neven Thompson), dear grandmother of Bud Cohen and Jessica and Graham Thompson, aunt of Jacquelyn (Eustachio) Spacone. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday, 9:30 a.m., from Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd., at Old Orchard Rd., Skokie, to St. Joseph Church, 1747 Lake Ave., Wilmette. Mass 10 a.m. Entombment Maryhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to FDHE (Foundation for Dental Health Education) in c/o ADA, 211 E. Chicago Ave., Ste. 730, Chicago, IL, 60611. Bernice was truly a lady and very much an inspiration to me as a member of the Alliance of the Chicago Dental Society. We had some wonderful times at Conference and I have a very special memory of spending a glorious time with her at the Japanese Gardens at the Botanic Gardens. It was so peaceful and beautiful and she talked so lovingly of her family. She will be missed, but her legacy lives on. My husband Alan and I wish the family our sincerest sympathy on the loss of such a special lady. She really was a "Golden Girl."
