My parents, George and Patsy Hirsh, were best friends with Bernice any Myron. We were like a big family in the Hancock Building, and Bernice was so nice and caring. They are now together at Rose Hill just across the road from each other for all eternity. May they rest in piece. I will miss Bernice a lot. My heartfelt condolences to Will and the entire Hokin family. With love, Tommy Hirsh

Generous, kind, funny, caring. These words describe my cousin Bernice. And I should also add the word Myron. I even named my son Michael for her loving husband whom we all called "Mike." The two always go together in my mind. I really got to know Bernice, Mike, and Will on a most amazing trip through the Virgin Islands with them on their ketch, the Alianora in the late 60's. Traveling with them was an amazing experience in so many ways. Bernice and her family even treated my son Michael and his bride to a honeymoon at the Bitter End. I have not seen Bernice in the last few years but she has always been, and will be, in my heart and memories.

Aunt Bernice was always warm and loving, never heard her utter an unkind word about anybody. She had a long, wonderful life and will be missed by our family.

I always called her "Aunt Bernice" - one of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever known. My sincerest sympathy to the
