Gerchenson, Bernice "Kay" (nee Karper), age 81, beloved wife of Emile for 59 years, loving mother of Jeffery (Jodie) and the late Michael Gerchenson, cherished grandmother of Shelbi, Micah, Kate and Jaclyn Gerchenson, dear sister of Donald (Roberta) Karper, adored aunt of Lauren (Richard) Holby, devoted daughter of the late Samuel (Mildred) Karper. Service Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at The Weinstein Family Services Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd. (one blk north of Old Orchard). Interment at Shalom Memorial Park, Arlington Heights.
