It has been said that the measure of success as a coach comes not only from wins and losses, but how those under his/her direction come to be positively influenced throughout their lives. I can say even after 40+ years that Mr. Pistorius was a terrific influence as both a coach and benevolent authority figure. My vocation (business) and avocation (coaching) benefited from the lessons he provided. I can think of no better tribute than to, in turn, pass this on.
