Belinda Garza Obituary
PORT ISABEL, TX. -
Belinda Garza, 49, of Port Isabel, Texas, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, TX.
Belinda was a lifetime resident of Port Isabel, TX. She was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church and employed with H.E.B. as an Administrative Assistant for the past 18 years. Her pride and joy was her only son, Kenneth. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Obdulia M. Garza; her paternal grandparents, Roque A. and Veronica Garza; and her maternal grandparents, Jose and Odulia Martinez.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Kenneth Raossels Herrera; her father, Roque Garza Jr.; sisters, Emma (Joe) Moncivaiz and Imelda G. Nunez; a brother, Roel (Dora) Garza; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a holy rosary at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 9, 2014 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St., in Port Isabel. Services will conclude after the mass, and in accordance with her wishes, cremation will follow.
