Age 96, July 24, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Hays, and son, Gordon Hays.
Survived by devoted son, Stewart Hays; daughters, Anita Hays and Laurie Hays; son-in-law, Mark Houston.
Memorial Rosary and Mass, Friday, July 31st 12:30 p.m. at Mary, Queen of Angels Chapel, 34 White Bridge Road, Nashville, Tennessee. Memorial donations may be made to Mary, Queen of Angels.

I hired Sally to work in our office at Carter-Spaldng Urology Clinic, and what a jewel she was in medical transcription. A great loss of a very fine individual. May peace with all the family, because we know she is in a better place.
