I knew Barbara back in the 1970's when we were in theapist training together with the Lincoln Park Therapy Collective. I remember her beauty, her great sense of humor, her intelligence, her love of family and her generosity toward me and others. Although I never met Andrea, GAry or Lily, I heard many stories of your accomplishments and gifts. May her memory be a blessing/Zichronah l'vrachah.

Gary; So sorry to hear about your mom........I have the fondest memories of the times we spent at your house in Palatine with your mom being there and either feeding me or keeping a cautious eye on our activities. She always had the biggest smile and the kindest and encouraging words, for me, when I was over at the house.
Please express my deep sympathy to Andrea and Lily as well........
Sincerely, Jim Gineris

Barbara was a generous, friendly and spunky woman. I know that our family was better off because we knew her. May we all, and especially her family, be comforted by the full life she lived and cherish the memories we shared with her.
