Hansen, August C. 54, longtime resident of Glenview, December 15, 2004, loving father of Rhonda (Pete) Bos, Teresa (Michael) Murtz and Esther Hansen, cherished papa of Tiffany, Michael, Tianna and Taelynn Murtz, beloved son of Renay and the late August Hansen, dear brother of Betty Lou Stasiak, Alfred Hansen and Anna Hansen. Visitation Saturday, 3 to 9 p.m. at N.H. Scott & Hebblethwaite Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Rd., Glenview (2 blocks south of Lake Ave. on westside). Service and interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rainbow Hospice, 444 N. Northwest Hwy., Park Ridge, Ill., 60068. Funeral info. 847-998-1020To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

To the Hansen Family:
We are so shocked and saddened with the loss of "Augie" who we first met 30 years ago at Classic Lanes and also Espositos. We shared wonderful happy times together and knew him to be a fun, loving person and proud father ...we'll never forget his love for children and how he gave all a ride on his motorcycle. We send our condolences and love to the entire family and will have "Augie" in our thoughts!
