Audrey Graham Obituary

Graham, Audrey Maxine (nee Floberg) Extra ordinary wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 11, 2015 at 89 years of age. Audrey, often called Maxine, was the daughter of the late Lucille and Frank Floberg; sister of the late Shirley Haycraft, Margaret Ann Kiley and surviving sister, Donna Hollaway and sister-in-law, Kathryn Long. She also is survived by her beloved daughters, Kathryn Stefo (husband Andrew), and Melanie Graham-Pieri (husband James); granddaughters, Linnea (husband Matthew) Nelson, Andrea (husband Jacob) Anderson, and great-granddaughter, Liliana Harmony Nelson. She was the beloved wife, in her early years, of the late Claude Williams and then of the late Joseph Graham. Her passion throughout her life was helping others and she expressed this by being a positive influence and an avid volunteer in the United Methodist Church, American Cancer Society, and PEO Sisterhood. She was honored by the American Cancer Society for over 5 decades of volunteer service. Her church involvement included the Mary Martha circle, many committees, and the United Methodist Women. Words cannot express the love and support she spread in Jacksonville, Mt. Carroll, and most lately in Tinley Park, Illinois. She will be terribly missed but we are grateful to God for her rich life and look forward to our reunion in heaven. Visitation October 17th from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamson Funeral Home, Jacksonville, IL. Interment Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, IL. Memorial Services are also planned for 1:00 p.m., October 24th at Palos United Methodist Church (12101 S. Harlem, Palos Heights, IL), where she was a member of both Esther and Mary Martha Circle. Refreshments and fellowship to follow in celebration of her wonderful life.
