Arthur Pacifico Obituary

Well, it's a bit over 10 years since he left us & just as we missed him the moment he left, we still miss him to this very day. What an awesome person he was....loving, caring, funny, a hero, and a wonderful brother, brother in law, uncle & godfather. We miss you Uncle Ott & always will. Jeep, Betty, & Judy xoxoxoxo

I ventured out this morning, to face
the eastern sky
To see Our Lords greatness, the sun
as it would rise

A single star greeted me, you had to
see it to believe
Astrals all aglowing, was all there
was to see

Sparkling spikes of memories
From those that we had known

Such a beautiful reminder...
that we don't walk alone.

My wife and I wish to offer our sincere condolences to the Pacifico family on the passing of their Patriarch. He was always a loveable and gentle man.
Gwen and I were in Ireland and just missed the funeral.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your dad. I will miss him greatly. Know that each visit I had with your dad was an honor, a pleasure and a blast...all at the same time. He was a gifted gentleman and I will always remember him...

There are many wonderful things that Uncle Ott accomplished in his life. I always admired his ability to look for the positive. I'll always remember when I was first diagnosed with diabetes and was more than a little scared. Uncle Ott called me over to talk about it. He told me that I would be pretty good a controlling this disease. If I watched what I ate, exercised and took the medication I could live a long time. "Hell, you may live longer than people without the disease because you will be taking good care of yourself." He was the first person to put a positive spin on my prognosis. I ran out of 408 Ridgeway feeling pretty good. He had a way of making you feel pretty good about yourself. Thanks Uncle Ott for sharing your life and wisdom with us. Kathy Orzechowicz

Chalie&Ann,Ottie,Anothony&Debbie, I just wanted to express my sorry for your loss.Uncle Ott was a remarkable person. His wisdom, character and passion for life spoke through his actions. Anthony,Ottie and Charlie. I just found out about your Dad's passing today. I am sorry I cannot be there to pay my respect. Although I didn't know your father, I am reading great things about him. Tony, as you know from our conversations, I have my dad with me and it is hard for me to get out with short notice, but please know you and your family are in my prayers.

It was my pleaseure to know both your mother and your father for all these years. Your father was one of the first to welcome me to the John Hancock office in Camden in 1962 when I started as a new agent. He said " Just hang in their kid" and I did.

Later after many company trips your father qualified for, I had the good fortune to have him on my staff. What a valuable employee he was! Integrity, fair dealings with his clients, a great sense of humor and respect for me which I will never forget. I was very lucky to have him on my staff and I never would have gotten promoted without his efforts.

His loss to his family is indeed a great one but I will always remember him for the friend he was to me, and all the guidance he gave to me. Rarely do you meet someone like him. God Bless Him!!!!

Chalie, Ottie, Anthony, I cannot tell you how sorry we are to hear of your loss. It seems just like yesterday he was running in to help Mom with the bills. I just learned he was sick and it was over. At least he didn't have to suffer any longer. He was a great man I loved him dearly after all he was my God Father. Anyone who met or knew him could only have great things to say he was one of the best and he will be greatly missed! We love you all if there is anything we could do please let me know.

My deepest sympathy to Charlie, Ottie, & Anthony and their families. Uncle Ott was a true inspiration to me and he will be greatly missed. I am terribly sorry I cannot attend but I offer my ‘salute’ to a highly decorated veteran.

I've heard you've grown to be an outstanding young man...a good dad/husband...not by chance...your mother and father and brother's paved the way. That's what family is all about. please forgive me! I am sorry to hear about Ott. I am in Florida for the winter and unable to attend the funeral, but my sympathy goes out to the family.

My wife and I were saddened on learning of your fathers passing. He always sat next to me in church and it was always a heart warming and uplifting experience to watch him walk in with that big smile and shake everyone's hand. I swear he could of run for mayor and win hands down. He will be deeply missed.

Jacqueline Kennedy once said that the ONLY thing that matters in this world....the ONLY thing...is how you raise your kids. While Mr. Pacifico's life journey was one of amazement, his greatest legacy will be the three great children he and Mrs. Pacifico left the world with. Rest In Peace, Mr.Pacifico, and thanks for the memories.
