It is with the most profound sadness that I have learned of the passing of Art.
Our friendship began over 25 years ago on a business level and continued,I am happy to say,on a personal level.
My thoughts are with you Charlene.

Arthur was a an active member of the Union League Club and its American Legion Post #758. His dedication and committement to our active duty and veterans was paramount and indicative of his passion to continue to serve. We will miss him dearly but take comfort in knowing we have another angel in heaven to watch over us from above....On behalf of the Union League and the members of American Legion Post 758 our sincere condolences to the Low family.
Rest in Peace, Arthur.
