Gilbert, Arthur age 86, beloved friend of Barbara Blumenthal, Neal Kite and beloved husband of the late Ann Tilles-Gilbert, loving father of Jay (Linda), Jack (Carol) and Richard (Michelle) Gilbert, Glenn (Gayle) Tilles and Peggy (Ron) Warren, adoring grandfather of Drue, Clay, Brett (Laura), Brandon, Justin, Alex, Peppi and Jocelyn, Emily, Rebecca and Peter, dear brother of the late Robert (Helen) Gilbert. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Light House For The Blind, 1850 West Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60608. Visitation Tuesday, 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Weinstein Funeral Homes North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Chicago.
