Drummond, Arthur W. age 78, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at South Suburban Hospital, in Hazel Crest, IL, late of Matteson. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann (Gedmin) Drummond, two sons, James (Antonette) Drummond and Daniel (Kelly) Drummond, two daughters, Patricia Pileggi and Mary Ellen (Russell) Brenza, one sister, Joan Hogan, mother-in-law, Mary Gedmin, eight grandchildren, Tara, John, Kevin, Jennifer, Nathan, Jacob, Ian and Delaney. He retired from Western Electric. Served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church in Frankfort and VFW in Frankfort. Living in Matteson for six years coming from Frankfort. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Clara (Lask) Drummond and his brother, John "Jack" Drummond. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Cedar at Francis Rds., New Lenox, Thursday, July 10, 2003, from 3 to 8 p.m. Prayer services at 9:15 a.m., Friday, July 11, 2003, in the funeral home chapel, to St. Anthony's Church for Mass of the Christian Burial in Frankfort at 10 a.m. Interment to follow to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
