Mrs. Chladek and Family,
My sympathy to you on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. It was my pleasure to have taken care of Art as his homecare nurse for the past year. He was a favorite patient of mine and I enjoyed getting to know him and help him at home. I will truly miss him. My prayers are with you all.

Uncle Arts soul is free and flying. I know my Mom, Dad and Uncle Buzz (not to mention the many others who passed before them) were there to greet him. The wonderful memories I have are on 63rd Street and all the family parties. When Uncle Art came walking down that long hallway, you knew you were in trouble. May your sorrow today be replaced by the treasured memories that fill your hearts.
God Bless You

Dearest Dad,
I still can't believe you gone. I once read that anyone can be a father but only someone special could be a Dad. I remember when my Dad died and my heart was breaking and I felt so alone. Some how you knew and in your own special way you made me feel better. How excited I was when you allowed me to watch the Bears games with you. I looked forward to every game even though I couldn't say a word. I learned so much for you. Now I feel special because I am know longer alone I have to two special
Dads waiting for me in heaven and two special angels could a girl ask for anything else in this world. I will miss you everyday of my life until we meet again. I love you and thank you for being my angel and my Dad.

Dear Grandpa,
You were and amazing person.Im going to miss you greatly.Il always remember the littlest things you have done for me. Like when i stayed home from school and you use to bring me lottery tickets and popsicles, or how everytime i went into the living room you would sit me down on the footstool next to your chair and give me a orange slice out of your glass container, when you saved all your pop cans and took me to recylce them :[. You were a wonderful person words dont describe how much you will be missed. Love you always and forever.

To the greatest Grampa EVER!! I will miss you so much, but I know I will see you again. I'll miss your tire swing and never being able to keep the flashlight exactly right. I'll miss your candies and the missing slice of pumpkin pie. I'l always remember how you would tell me I smelled like roses, and that I was the angel on top of the Christmas tree. Now you are the angel and I know you are looking down at us saying "quit your crying". Love you so much!!

Dear grandpa,
As I sit and write this to you I cant help but feel confused about the way I feel. I am confused because I am very sad that you are no longer with us. I keep expecting you to be sitting in your chair drinking your favorite orange pop, but your not there. I picture you yelling go Bears when they score a touch down, but your not there. And I especially miss saying Hello to the first person I see when i go visit (YOU) but your not there.
This is the confusing part because as i sit here and cry i am also very happy. Happy to have been the grandaughter of such a strong person. I am proud to have had a grandfather that has ocomplished so many amazing things in his life. You also put up with 7 kids 20 grandkids and 6 great grandkids. You were an awesome grandfather, father, and husband,(AND YOU WERE PRETTY GOOD IN HORSE SHOES TOO) Thank you.
I love you so much
TINA MARIE.

He was a neighbor a son a father a friend a hero but to me My grandpa.
Grandpa you were always there if it was from helping us out to yelling at us :) You have showed me so much and how to be a strong person in & out. We are all going to miss you so much, but we all know you are in a better place now watching over all of us. But i will never forget the good times we had. When I would go to your house & eat orange tick-tacks, or just watch the Price Is Right and play gold fish. I always had a good time and im gonna miss it.
But now it was your time to go and I just wanted to say thanks for being there and looking out for us and being my GRANDPA! I love you so much. xoxoxoxo Melissa

I hear thers a big picnic in heaven, and you were invited too.Did you remember your horseshoes, your favorite thing to do?And of course the baseball and bat, which you were always the best at.A few of us have already been called ,to join in on all the fun,but they needed a captain of their team,so they asked OUR GOD to call you to come. For HE knew you were "OUR" captain, family and all.HE saw your suffering and knew it was tme to make THAT call.Enjoy that best picnic. We here will always love you,and someday join you in your picnic in the sky.Until then...keep the beer cold and always blue skies..(he lets us have beer doesn't HE ?)May GOD BLESS THE BEST OF THE GUYS..LOVE YOUR SIS,CAROLYN
