I wanted to write something profound and elegant but no words can honor my sister's beautiful spirit enough. I miss her every day. I see her in my children's eyes and hear her in their laughter. Thank you, Dylan, for coming into her life and making her last years with us so special. You are truly a gift from God. She loves you and all of us so much. Nene's character, fun-loving spirit, kindness, compassion, intelligence and beauty are just a few of the blessings she brought to our lives. I will never forget how she touched my life and changed it forever. I love you Nene. I wish you eternal joy and peace in heaven.
Your loving sister,

Mike and family - I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner - I just found out from my son Patrick. I'm missing her so much - she really knew what being "family" meant. She never said this is my cousin's wife - instead she always introduced me as her cousin. She was 1 in a million. My deepest sympathies to all of you.

Arlene, you were the one who laughed longest and loudest and made everyone feel at home. I have never met a woman with more love for her family or with a greater capacity for joy. I will forever hold you in my heart.
Big Poppa Mike, Natalie, Mike, and Katie, my prayers are with you and your family.

Ro and family, You now have an angel watching over you. Lenie gave you all something beautiful to remember and that is her spirit. When I worked with her at Holy Cross she was fun and over the years seeing her at your house she never changed. Throughout her illness from what you have said about her, she stayed strong and only encouraged her family to do the same. God will take care of her. It hurts to lose the people we love but please try and remember all the great times you shared with her.
