April Moore Obituary
April Noreen Moore, 39, of Logan, Ohio and Fairfield, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 8:58 pm at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash, Ohio. April was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 5, 1978. April was the loving wife of Donald Moore, beloved daughter of Jackie (John) Williams, dear sister of Jamie (Chris) Oakes, and Randi Young. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Judith Moore and many brothers and sisters-in-law as well as numerous nieces and nephews including Nora and Alexander Oakes. She is preceded in death by her sister Jennifer Young and father-in-law David "Pap" Moore. Memorial service to be held Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 12:00 pm at Tylersville Worship Center, 2753 Tylersville Road, Indian Springs, OH 45015 with a gathering immediately following. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Melanoma Know More on their website at www.melanomaknowmore.com or mailed to Melanoma Know More, 10945 Reed Hartman Hwy, Suite 309, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
