Mrs. Barone and Brian,
I've just heard of Coach B's passing and wanted to express my condolences to you and your family. I have a lot of good memories from the years I worked for Coach B at Texas A&M 1994-1997. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to know him and you, if only for a short while. It was always clear Coach B put family first and you all showed a lot of love for each other. He treated the team like family too. My sympathies to you on your loss.

I wish to convey my deepest condolences to the Barone and Lyons families for your loss. I just now received word of this heartbreaking news thus regretting not able to make the services. Tony was a wonderful man who had the admiration of many. He was my homeroom and English teacher at St. George high school. He was always a class act who treated all with respect and kindness. A truly devoted man who raised a wonderful family. My thoughts are with all who grieve today.

Dear Adrienne,
I was looking for another death notice when I saw Tony's name, hoping it was not the Tony I knew, alas was not to be. I will send this notice on to Margaret, I know she will want to know. To you and your family, my prayers are with you. Pat Duffy

Mr. Barone was my high school English teacher at St. Rita in the 70's. Tough but fair for a kid who needed discipline. I would not be as successful as I am today if it weren't for men like him. I could have easily went a different way. He will be sorely missed by all. May our Lord bless and embrace his entire family during this difficult time.
