Dear Sandy and Terri,

I am sorry I could not be with you. Your mom was a dear friend to Leona and Phil for many years. She was a source of support and help...she was like family! I extend my heartfelt sympathies to both of you.

Both Mike and I send our condolences to you on your mother's death. I have such fond memories of her--her kindness, lovely smile and fun loving nature. How proud she was of her children and grandchildren! My mother always spoke of both of your parents with the highest regard and warmth. Time will ease the pain of your loss somewhat ;take comfort in their memories.

Keep in touch.
