Anna Schillinger Obituary
Unser Liebe, Gute Mutter (Our Dear, Loving Mother), Oma, Great and Great Great Oma, went to the Lord, "her Best Friend", in Heaven on Sunday, November 18, 2012. She was born in Heutingsheim, Germany on April 24, 1923. She married Karl Schillinger in 1943; he predesceased her in 1968. Mama was blessed with four children: Helga (Wally) Schluckebier, Frankenmuth; Harald (Linda Hall) Schillinger, Grand Rapids; Christel (Norman) Zeilinger, Vassar; and Kurt (Jackie Fisk) Schillinger, Frankenmuth; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grand girls. Please join our family in thanking God for her life at her Memorial Celebration on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 4:00p.m. at the Bronner Performing Arts Center, (west end of High School), 525 E. Genesee St., Frankenmuth, MI. In lieu of flowers, please consider these charities she supported; Gospel for Asia, www.GFA.ORG (One gift can share Christ; One gift can save a life) and Disabled American Veterans, or charity of choice. Cremation was arranged by Martin Funeral Home. Friends may share a memory with the family online at www.martinfuneralhome.com.

We share in the joy of knowing Oma and is now with her best friend Jesus. Oma was my second mom as she took me in when I was young and my mother was in the hospital. The Schillinger's home was my second home in Frankenmuth. This is not goodbye Oma, it's I'll see you later. We love you. My heart is with the family in prayer and peace.
