Fox, Ann M. (nee Trezhotka), beloved wife of the late Leonard, loving mother of Kathleen (Michael) DeTolve and the late Darlene Slattery, fond grandmother of Kimmy and Colleen Slattery, dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many. Member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church and Zion Lutheran Church. Family requests any memorials be made to Family Centered Hospice or Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 19, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Szykowny Funeral Home, 4901 So. Archer Ave. (1 blk east of Pulaski at Szykowny Blvd.).
