Dear Tom,
I was sorry to hear of your mothers passing. My mother was reading the Obits and recongnized her name and thought I would like to know of her passing. Even though I haven't seen you or your family in along time I want you to know how our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Dear Michael,
I was saddened to learn of the death of your mother, Angeline. Please be assured of prayers for your Mom, you, and the rest of your family, especially in these final days of Lent.
Holy Week teaches us that death and the grave are not the final end for Christians. The many years your mother devoted to Catholic education will surely and swiftly grant her a place among the blessed in God's heavenly kingdom.
