Dear Webb Family,
I also worked with Andy at ATSC and always admired his beautiful hand carved Noah's Ark sets. I was so proud the day I was finally able to claim one for my own and will treasure it always. Andy left a wonderful legacy in so many tangible and intangible ways and all of us who knew him are better for the experience.

I've known Bro. Webb my entire life and can't quite imagine visiting York Baptist Temple without him there. His cheerful attitude uplifted me many times and I always enjoyed hearing him sing. My prayers are with Mrs. Webb and the rest of their family.

Our family is deeply saddened by Bro. Webb's death. He was truly a gifted man. He loved leading the music that praised GOD. We will miss him but are comforted to know that he is leading the choir in heaven and will be there to greet us when we all get to heaven. What a day that will be. Our prayers are with Carol and the family.
Love in Christ,
The Mozingo Family

I worked with Andy at ATSC and he was a very pleasant, caring, loving, and respectable co-worker. I loved eating the results from his gardening. Andy will truly be missed. May the family be blessed and know that he is in a much better place. My condolences.

I worked with Mr. Webb at the Fort Eustis Military Post Office for several years. He was a great person to work with. He always brought doughnuts to the post office for us to enjoy. Mr. Webb gave me a grapevine which is planted in my backyard and did get my first grapes last year. I will remember him for being a fine person and feel very blessed to have worked with him and to have known him.

I'm so sorry to hear of Andy's passing. I worked with Andy at ATSC, Fort Eustis and was happy when he moved on to the Post Office. What an awesome guy with great stories. He loved to talk about his wife, children and his precious grandchildren. He was always pleasant, had a great smile and moved 90 to nothing around the office; and not miss a beat. Andy was truly loved by all he came in contact with and he will be truly missed. May God hold Andy's dear family close at this time and always.

Dear Carol and family, we were so saddened to hear of your loss. Andy and Greg made a real connection in the rehab center over the last few weeks. Greg's greatest dissapointment is not following up on a call he wanted to make to Andy a few days before he passed.
We feel blessed that we met him and knew him for a sweet, short time. He memory is an inspiration to Greg and believe me Greg WILL think of him every morning while having his coffee. Garrett and Emily also will remember him as the dear man who helped to lighten their father's spirits during this very trying time of our lives.
Memories are powerful things and are a gift to get us through hard times. Greg's recovery will be a part of Andy's legacy as he touched Greg's heart (and mine) in a way that no one else could during this particular episode. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. My special good wishes go out to you Carol, as one striken wife to another. Be good to yourself. Let your family wrap themselves around you and help to make you feel safe and whole again.
Treat yourself to a Klondike Bar very soon and think of us. All our love to you and yours.

Andy inspired us from the first day we met him. A terrific Christian example, he was gifted with making people smile. We were visitation partners and I enjoyed our Saturday’s together while we went from house to house. We laughed and prayed together on those Saturday mornings. We laughed and prayed together the last time I saw him, on a Saturday morning. This Saturday morning, we will pray and mark his passing with tears, and memories, and I will remember his laughter. Right now, Andy is looking at his Saviour face to face, and he is smiling. May God grant to Carol and the family grace sufficient to meet their needs.

Carol, I am so sorry to hear about Andrew. I worked with him in DOIM/Post Office a few years and we use to take trips to Norfolk Naval Station to pick up packages. We had a lot in common. I have missed the many conversations we had about our mates, children, grandchildren, & family in West Virginia and of course his garden since his retirement. He will be greatly missed. Sincerely, Jo

As an employee of Army Training Support Center, I interfaced with Andy on many occasions. He was such a very kind and caring person, and always had a smile and a good word for you. Although he retired from ATSC several years ago, we will miss seeing him on occasion, at Fort Eustis. My sincere condolences to the Webb family.

My wife and I couted Andy and his wife as dear friends. He and I were able to share many memories of places we had been stationed in the Air Force. We had been to one base in Africa (Zaire) where not many Airmen were privileged to be. I enjoyed being able to attend his church in Grafton, Va. with him. I can still see him leading the music
and doing a good job at it. Our deepest condolences to the family. We love you and are praying for you.

We will truly miss Bro. Webb. He was a great pleasure to be around, and we never tired of his stories. It has been a pleasure to have known him over the years. There will be a big void in our hearts and in our church, but we know he is rejoicing in Heaven.
