My Old Friend
I recall the times we had - sitting on my wall.
I wouldn't trade them for gold.
They laugh and they cry me and somehow sanctify me.
There woven in the stories I have told.
And I'll tell again.
My old friend these thoughts are for you.
Cause a few simple words was the least that I could do.
To tell the world you were here.
The love and the laughter will live on long after all the sadness and the tears are through.
We'll meet again my old friend.

It shocked our family to have heard the news of the passing of Andy. We had the ability to have met and shared a few good times together. He was very outgoing and had such a tremendous sense of humor. Time has passed and to hear this was just heart breaking. He was a good man and I just know that where ever he is there is a good time being had by all. May God Bless him and keep him. And to his family our deepest sympathy...

Andy was an amazingly free spirit; I will miss his crazy energy, his clowny smile, and those puppy dog eyes that let him get away with anything! I learned from him and his drive for fun; and lust for life. I think of you often, and will always love you as the days go by.

What can I say about Andrew. There is soo much to list. All I can say is that in the 4 years I knew Andrew, never have I met a more genuine individual. One who would crack you up for hours. His most famous words were "how dare you" and "your retardness is overwhelming". Just like there will never be another Michael Jordan, there will NEVER EVER be another Andrew. I will deeply miss you brother.

We are greatly shocked at the news of Andy. We feel very fortunate to have been with him recently at the Christmas family reunion. Andy was in true form with his humor, stories, and fun loving spirit. We will remember him for the special person that he was and his positive loving relationships with his family and friends. He accomplished much in his career and military service to our country. May God bless Andy.

We were certainly shocked and saddened when we received word that our wonderful nephew Andy had so suddenly passed. Our thoughts instantly turned to this past Christmas when we spent many hours sharing memories and good times with Andy and other family members at a long overdue family reunion in Skokie. We left that reunion with an incredibly good feeling about the gathering and the family members we had just spent time with. Andy had certainly left his mark with his charm, wonderful sense of humor, his gracious feelings regarding family and friends, and his genuine smile. We're very very sorry that he has left us, but were also grateful that our memory of him is so special.
