Andrew May Obituary

DR. ANDREW MAY, JR. Born August 8, 1909, passed peacefully in his sleep August 5, 2003. He served the local medical community for over 50 years. He is fondly remembered by his loving wife, Irene E. May and his family, Warren May, Terry May and Joel Smith, Larry and Corene DeSimone, Michael DeSimone, Mark and Nicole DeSimone, Lisa DeSimone, Gordon May, Lara Wood and Anna May. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 8th at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Merritt United Methodist Church, the reverend Donald Cunningham presiding. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Dr. Andrew May Jr. may be made to The Activities Program, 2nd floor Medical Unit, Lake Park Residence, 1850 Alice St., Oakland, CA 94612 so that it may continue to enrich and brighten the spirit of others.
