Starkman, Ancy Rochelle 83. Beloved mother of Daniel (Dr. Judith) Startkman and Edward Starkman. Dear sister of Barbara Rosen and Sandra (Fred) Holubow. Cherished daughter of the late Evelyn and the late Dr. Irving Rosen. Ancy gave "The Gift of Life" for the American Red Cross while volunteering her time and passion to this worthy cause.
