Kizlaitis, Alphonse age 96, passed away September 16, 2006. Longtime resident of Cicero, IL and past 13 years of Westmont, IL. Husband of late Bernice Kizlaitis, loving father of William (Sandy) Kizlaitis and Robert (Pamela) Kizlaitis, cherished grandfather of Sarah and Matthew. Alphonse was a WWII Veteran. Visitation Tuesday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, 12401 S. Archer Ave. (at Derby Rd.), Lemont, IL. Funeral services Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, to Blessed Jurgis Matulaitis Mission for Christian Burial Services at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago, IL. 800-994-7600 or www.petkusfuneralhomes.com
