Alice Richards Obituary

Richards, Alice L. (nee Burns), 91, beloved wife of the late Charles, devoted mother of Donald (Carol) Richards and Ethel Richards Capers, cherished sister of Eva Bowers, Betty Van Sweringen and the late Alexander Burns, proud grandmother of James (Spring) Capers, Steven (Dorothy) Capers, Dawn (Jerome) Adams and Lanee (Danny) Stephenson, great-grandmother of six, also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends. Visitation Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Cage Memorial Chapel, 7651 S. Jeffery Blvd., Chicago, IL. Wake Saturday, 10 a.m. with Funeral at 11 a.m. at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 9349 S. Wentworth Ave., Chicago, IL, Interment Lincoln Cemetery.

I'm so sorry about the passing of your mother. I saw the obituary in the Tribune online. At 91 years of age, I hope she lived a fulfilling life. My sympathy to you and your family during this sad time. Also, though, best wishes for a happy and healthy new year.
